We should explain a little about the boat and dock. I couldn't stand not having a boat here, so I built a dock and brought in a boat and am waiting for global warming to raise the tide.
Meanwhile, as the broom and pitchfork show, Linda and I are settling right in to country habits.
Actually the dock and boat are a wonderful bit of tongue and cheek folly done in a nearby town by a guy and his neighbor. We really get a kick out of it, so we show it to everyone that comes.
We had a great time visiting with Tom and Annie. Only when they were here did we realize that we had never spent any time alone with them, it has always been around family. They really ARE nice people!

You guys look great! Wish we could have been with you. We Caulfields work pretty well together on vacations! I guess we're just a fun bunch of people!!!
