Tom and Annie invited us to Muir Beach today. We brought a picnic and everyone had a great time, despite the sand in all our food. Tom was in great form and we wore Isabella out.

Priceless photo sleeping with daddy (on rocks?!?).
It was a never-used fire pit and I think the rocks were warm (it was cold out). She climbed right in and Mike sat down to play. Eventually, she just laid right down and said "Baby night night? Lala night night?"
So sorry we will miss seeing you all (especially meeting Maddie. Sorry, Rich, your bday is just an excuse!) next weekend.
yeah - what a shame you guys can't come up to Tahoe. You had such a good time up there over Memorial weekend with your folks.
I don't know when the next time the whole Caulfield clan will be getting together like this.
Unfortunately, Annie and Tom will be in Bethesda this coming weekend (unless my mind control experiment works and Tom's doc gets a sudden urge to hit the golf course and postpone treatment one week). I know he is so disappointed to miss the festivities. Particularly given the alternative (chemo). Being around family cheers him up so much.
Brien and I are still planning on coming for a few days. We would gladly take Izzy up with us to meet/see her cousins, aunties and uncles if mama and papa would be interested and willing to have a break.
I, too, am sorry not to be able to see Isabella and of course, you two. We will have to have a family reunion again soon to catch you guys and, of course, Tom and Annie. This is not the last Caulfield party!!!! Aunt Judy
My name is Brian Caulfield. I bought this domain name many years ago, so I could grab it before some squatter began charging me to get mail at brian[at]caulfield.net. Now that I've got the email address I wanted, I've got this Web site too. I've always figured I'd try to make it a resource. A "blog" seems to be the right way to do that.
