Annie and Tom came back to Berkeley to discover their resident ivy had run amok.
(Just kidding - this shot is from Bad Segeberg in Germany. Undoubtedly one of Annie's distant relatives though...as demonstrated by his obvious love of ivy.)

Pretty funny! As beautiful as it is, ivy can really do that, and it probably seems like that to Tom and Annie right about now. Welcome Home. It's nice to have you back on the west coast again. Judy
actually i am not sure why i am chuckling, as it took mike and me 2 weekends to pull the ivy off 1.5 sides of our house. and now the house paint looks like c*ap. (not that it didn't already....exterior renovations in the spring, before house paint...never ending)
I heard a rumor that the Lala bug and the Maddie bug finally get to meet this Thanksgiving! Yeah! I'm so excited. Can't wait to see everyone in just over a week. . .
My name is Brian Caulfield. I bought this domain name many years ago, so I could grab it before some squatter began charging me to get mail at brian[at]caulfield.net. Now that I've got the email address I wanted, I've got this Web site too. I've always figured I'd try to make it a resource. A "blog" seems to be the right way to do that.
