Hey, everyone! Finally reporting in. Charlotte's making progress every day. She began drinking from a bottle yesterday. Still not able to hold her temperature on her own, so back in the little incubator. Still don't know when she'll be coming home. very frustrating hospital to get updates from. We even have our very own Nurse Ratchett (sp?) to enjoy. . . Maddie's very anxious for her little sister to come home, as she's taken to telling anyone she sees that she's a big sister. Very cute. It will be nice when they can finally meet. Thanks, everyone for all the good thoughts and prayers. It's been a blessing that she (and I, I guess) are here with us after all. Someone wanted us to stick around a bit longer, I'm glad to say. Hopefully, we'll be healthy and home soon and ready to show Miss Charlotte Mabel off to the world. Love to you all.

Since then, Kate has learned that the best guess is that Charlotte will be in the NICU in Reno another week or so.
Maybe longer. She's gained a few ounces.
