Here's what Brien and I were up to down south...
A visit to SD Wild Animal Park, and our new friend Bayou-the-Alligator, who was feeling pretty smug since alligator is rarely on anyone's Thanksgiving menu. (Although Brien was nearly on his menu when he tried to pet his head.)
Brien - alligators aren't like dogs. When will you learn?

This is supposed to be a really cute pic of Maddie. Was a great Thanksgiving party.

Judy and Rich, thank you so very much for hosting such a wonderful gathering yesterday. Here a few to get the influx of photos started.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Annie and Tom came back to Berkeley to discover their resident ivy had run amok.
(Just kidding - this shot is from Bad Segeberg in Germany. Undoubtedly one of Annie's distant relatives though...as demonstrated by his obvious love of ivy.)

Here are some additional pics for all the Maddie groupies out there. Had fun celebrating #1.

Thanks for all the support. I'm training hard. These are the pics I've been trying to get on my donation site. Thanks again.

What a great weekend! Check out the pretty church and the messy baby! :)

Maddie's first birthday was a great success. Both sets of grandparents and Great grandma Terry attended, as well as Aunt Darcy, Aunt Amy, Aunt Colleen and Uncle Andy. Another 20 or so of Jason and Kate's friends were also there, for a total of 30+.
The baptism on Sat was also well done.
Great first year Maddie!

well, until Maddie's pics are up, here's Halloween Hugh Hefner...
Can it be? Miss Maddie is 1 today!

Lala and her daddy in costume, checking out daddy's creative Halloween decorations, and with a devilish smile.
As Rich always says, ain't she cute?

Happy Halloween from Oz!
