thanks for the well wishes about isabella's surgery today. she did fantastically well. she spent most of the day sleeping or throwing up, but by this evening, was almost her usual self. much better than we were told to expect. we didn't get a photo of her at her most vulnerable, but here she is giggling on the happy juice they gave her to sedate her a bit before anesthesia.

For Kodie fans, Kate's surgery on his left rear ACL seems successful. A little over a week out he's getting around pretty well. She also found a cancerous tumor in that knee. Don't know what effect will have.

Her's a couple of pics fom Bodega Bay. We recommend a couple of days at Rendejvous.

Check out the fun races I've been doing lately. I ran the Disneyland Half Marathon on 9/3 and a cool Nike run yesterday. I'm still running with TEAM IN TRAINING as a mentor. It's become a great new hobby. I thought I'd share my pics with everyone.

Judy, Kodie and I spent a couple of days at a house north of Bodega Bay. Beautiful as always. These pics are from and of the deck. A 90 year old lady got in one of them.
